I have a picky eater. My son will not eat anything that I eat, he only wants to eat pizza, sometimes chicken nuggets, and lunchables. Not really the healthiest food choices, but my husband and I decided we are just going to make healthy dinners and tell him that he has to eat what we are feeding him, usually for breakfast I have my protein shake (visalus; I will post about that later. but for right now just know that they are awesome weight management shakes that give me the energy to do what I do everyday). I will make my son either waffles, cereal, granola bars, with fruit, yogurt, milk or juice. We encourage drinking water through the day. Dinners however need planning. And workouts also need planning. Training requires planning. So this is my plan for this week.
